We work to get a technician to you the same day when we can. Home Care 360 members go to the front of the line when the schedule fills up. After hours we take emergency calls for no heat, no cooling and water leaks. - The technician finds the cause
The technician checks the indoor and outdoor units, the settings, airflow, and the condensate drain, and whether the mini split is supposed to be heating or cooling. - You get the options and a firm price
