Sewer and Water Line Repair in Asheville and Weaverville

Sewer line repair and replacement, and water line repair and replacement, for homes in Asheville, Weaverville, and nearby towns.

  • Licensed & insured
  • In business since 2009

A sewer backup or a water line leak is more than a slow sink.

One slow drain is often a clog in that fixture. When several drains back up, sewage shows up at a floor drain, or the yard is soggy, the main sewer line or the water line may be the problem. We look, explain what we find, and give you a firm price before any work starts.

Signs you need sewer or water line service

  • More than one drain backing up at the same time
  • Sewage at a floor drain, tub, or shower
  • A soggy spot in the yard, or a sewage smell outside
  • Water pressure that drops through the whole house
  • A water bill that jumps, or the sound of running water when nothing is on
  • A broken or burst pipe, or water where it should not be

Pike Home Services is licensed and insured, and has been in business since 2009.

What we take care of

Not sure which one you have? Call and describe it. We will help you figure out what to do next.

Main sewer line backup

Backups in more than one drain, or sewage at a floor drain, can point to the main sewer line. A single slow sink is often just that drain. Tell us which fixtures are affected.

Sewer line repair or replacement

Sewer line repair and replacement are on our plumbing list. If cleaning the line will not hold because the pipe is broken, we will say so and explain the options before any work starts.

Camera inspection

A camera lets us see what is in the sewer line, so we can find the clog or a damaged spot instead of guessing.

Hydro jetting

When a snake is not enough for the buildup, hydro jetting washes the inside of the line with water. We explain the option and give you a firm price before any work starts.

Main water line leak

A soggy spot in the yard, a drop in water pressure through the whole house, or a water bill that jumps can point to a water line leak. Water line repair and replacement are on our plumbing list.

Broken or burst pipe

Shut off the main water valve right away. Stay away from standing water near outlets, cords, or appliances, then call us. After hours we take emergency calls for water leaks.

Low pressure in the whole house

Pressure at one faucet can be that fixture. Pressure that is low everywhere can be a supply line. We check it and tell you what we find.

One drain, or the sewer line

Drain cleaning covers a clogged sink, tub, or laundry drain. If the problem is the main sewer line, this is the page for that work. Call and describe what you are seeing.

What to expect on a visit

  2. We line up your visit
We work to get a technician to you the same day when we can. Home Care 360 members go to the front of the line when the schedule fills up. After hours we take emergency calls for no heat, no cooling and water leaks.
  3. The technician finds the cause
The technician finds whether the problem is one drain, the main sewer line, or the water line, and uses a camera when we need to see inside a sewer line.
  4. You get the options and a firm price
We explain what we found in plain language, give you a firm price, and you approve it before any work starts. The service call is $99 on weekdays and $149 after hours (waived if you buy the job). Home Care 360 members pay no weekday dispatch fee.
  5. We do the work
Once you approve, we make the repair or do the replacement you chose. If a repair does not make sense, we will say so.
