Family-owned and family-operated, based in Weaverville. We started as Pike Plumbing and grew into full home services.
Our shop is at 4 Taffie Ridge, Weaverville, NC 28787. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. We handle heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical for the whole home. You get the options in plain language before work starts.
Upfront pricing: you get a firm price and approve it before any work starts. Service calls are $99 on weekdays and $149 after hours. Home Care 360 members pay no dispatch fee Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, and after hours the $149 fee is waived if they buy the job. Members get 15% off repair parts.

When a neighbor you send us joins Home Care 360, you get $25 off your next service. They just put your name under "Who sent you?" when they sign up.
Only one $25 offer per job. Referral and text opt-in discounts can't be stacked or combined with each other or any other offer.
* No dispatch fee Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM; after hours, the $149 fee is waived for Home Care 360 members if they buy the job. † Filters are not included with tune-up visits. ‡ Replacement credit requires active membership at time of purchase. § Heavy coil cleaning and a difficult water heater flush are quoted separately.
Plan visits are inspections and routine maintenance. Repairs, parts and equipment replacement are not included. The 15% member discount is on repair parts only. Labor is not discounted, and it does not apply to equipment replacement. Renews automatically every 12 months. Cancel with 30 days' notice; if a visit has already been done, you pay for that visit. You'll get the full membership agreement to review and sign before your membership starts.
